Day 1 of this workshop series, led by primary bander, Jed Pitre, will be an in-depth look at bird banding. Participants will also learn the basics of songbird molt as well as strategies for aging & sexing birds. On Day 2, participants will spend a day in the field, observing experienced banders, volunteers & gaining hands-on experience.
