Volunteer Day – Tree Planting/Maintenance
Join us in planting/maintaining sapling trees in our restoration area! We will depart from the Woodlands Preserve Trailhead shortly after 9am and walk the 1/2 mile to the restoration area. We highly recommend wearing long, denim pants and boots. Tools and gloves provided, but feel free to bring your own gloves!

Woodlands Preserve 449 F. Party for the Planet @ Audubon Louisiana Nature Center
Party for the Planet starts with “Spring Into Action” at Audubon Louisiana Nature Center on April 1, 2023. Guests at this event and others in the series can enjoy activities, hands-on discovery and interactive experiences that promote environmental awareness. It is free to attend, and runs from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
